We hope you are all feeling like you are in the groove of the challenge, and hopefully those pesky sugar cravings are easing up.
We have really enjoyed all of the conversation and sharing of ideas and recipes on the facebook page. If you are not a member of the facebook page we HIGHLY RECOMMEND it, there is a lot of support that goes on there. Click on the link below to ask to be added...
For all of you new to the Challenge, you will receive a Newsletter via email from us at the end of each week, there you will find a link to a spreadsheet where you will record all of your points for each week. So be sure to keep track of your daily points so you can total them up
(you automatically receive 10 points on your free day).
Also, if you want more information or tips feel free to scroll back through past posts on this blog. There have been some great posts that you might find helpful, and of course there will be more to come.
Stay tuned for a fun giveaway coming up....
(we really enjoy doing giveaways, but because our funds go towards the cash giveaways at the end of the challenge, donations make these giveaways possible. So if you have anything you would be willing to donate email us at eightweekstoabetteryou@hotmail.com. We have had anything from gift certificates, water bottles, handmade jewelry, handmade cards, lotions, gps, honey, aprons, journals, etc....)
