Concerned?
There have been some concerns expressed about the additional rule that has been added to the challenge this time around regarding whole wheat/grains. Please don't let this scare you off!! It's so easy, we promise! You really don't have to do anything special with your menu. In place of white bread, white rice, white pasta, or white flour, use whole wheat bread, brown whole-grain rice, whole wheat pasta, and whole wheat flour. They are interchangeable in most cases, unless you are baking. In those cases you'll want to use recipes that call specifically for whole wheat flour.

ok, I have to say I am SO EXCITED about starting back up! I was mentioning to my family while in CA that I was starting back up on Jan 3 and couldnt wait! YAY!!!!!! Tomorrow's the day!
ReplyDeleteI feel the same way I am so EXCITED to start back up tomorrow!! I really cant wait! I have told so many people about it and a bunch of them are doing it with me so it will be easier! Here is to the next 8 weeks!
