LOVE IT!! You guys should add a recipe tab and post participants ideas for healthy eating. That would be a huge help!! This is awesome...my run felt great this morning!

Jen & Heather-the recipe tab and posts are a FOR SURE! We just figured we would let thing settle down a little and then we will start that up. And when we are ready we will calling on all of you to contribute recipes, so we get some new ones too :)
Thanks for hunting down my current e-mail address. As for what I did last night? I ate really well all day and night, but did give myself the liberty to eat after 8:00. Ate past 10:00! My little last hurrah!
Karli wouldn't drink pepsi---only coke ;) RIGHT KAR???? LOL!! And for the world to know I had a heaping bowl of Nutty Chocolate Blue Bell last night (at 9:45 pm) and licked the bowl clean :)
Okay, I just signed up (I was debating since Saturday night if I wanted to). I am really nervous about whether or not I will be able to get everything done that I need to since I have a less-than-two month old and two other littles. I am really excited too though. I think this is just what I need to get me jump started back into good habits. Oh and last night I had a big bowl of peaches and ice cream, after 8 of course.
AJ! I'm so glad you got on! You can do it with your littles...I'm attempting to! This is a great way to get back into those habits that once were! As for my last binge, I had root beer floats (getting my soda AND my sugar fix in at the same time!) Notice the plural on floatS!

I was totally doing that.....I don't even want to know how many calories I had today!
