Anybody else feel like you're on a roller coaster that has just begun it's highly anticipated yet scary decent into the unknown?
I love this picture. The guy in the front, he represents all of our veterans who have chose to join us again. Cool, calm, relaxed. The lady in the middle represents those of you who are new and are just plain freaking out. The kid in the back represents all your friends and family members that you dragged into this that have no idea what is going on and what they have gotten themselves in to.
Well, ready or not people, you got on the roller coaster, harnessed yourselves in, and the crazy ride has begun. There is no escape. OK, well, there is. At any time you decide that this is too hard for you and want to quit, you can. BUT WHY WOULD YOU??? We all love a good challenge and we all have motivation and drive. We wouldn't be here if we didn't! In the grand scheme of things, 8 weeks is nothing. It's a sliver in time. So stay focused and stay strong. This first week will be hard, but it will get easier. Commit yourself and don't give up!!! Remember our motto - "I can do hard things."
